The restaurant service will be monitored and will also offer a wider variety of products cooked to order (show cooking). The kitchen and restaurant staff will be available and near you at all times. They will always make use of individual protective equipments, such as gloves and masks, in order to ensure a safe environment.
At the entrance of the dining room you will find a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser for hand washing. Once inside, the dining room staff will allocate you a table and will set it up for you with the needed items.
Likewise, the menus containing the information of meals of the day will also be available at the same place. Therefore, this information will also be accessible from any mobile device by means of a QR code. This same code can be found at every table, displayed on a sticker. This information will also provide details about the allergens contained in them.
For safety reasons, the capacity of the dining room has been reduced in order to maintain the safety distance between tables and chairs. Likewise, we inform you that while customers are occupying their table, the staff will not remove any items from it. This will be done, along with a spring cleaning, once the customers have abandoned their table and always with specialized products.
Several marks and signs have also been placed on the floor in order to indicate the safety distance to be maintained and to show the paths to be followed to the monitored buffet.
The breakfast service will be available for longer hours to avoid crowds.
For the dinner service, our clients are kindly requested to contact our reception staff in advance to receive information on possible dinner shifts or extended hours in order to avoid long waits, queues and crowds.
